Natalie Lisinska has been working consistently in film and television since graduating from Canada’s prestigious Ryerson University Theatre School, where she trained in acting, voice, dialect and stage combat with Canada’s leading instructors. Her most notable roles have included “The House Next Door” alongside Lara Flynn Boyle for Lifetime, the Gemini-nominated CBC miniseries “At the Hotel” and, most recently, “Young People…” which earned her a Best Actress nomination at the 2009 Canadian Comedy Awards.

Born in Shropshire, England, Lisinska moved to Vancouver Island at a young age and attended boarding school in Victoria. Before acting on screen, Lisinska earned her acting chops on stage at the Ryerson Theatre, acting in a dozen plays and starring as the lead in “Big Love” in her final year at the school. She went on to be cast in short films, miniseries and series “Rebirth,” “The Temps,” “Kevin Hill” on UPN and “Above & Beyond” for CBC.

Lisinska has most recently had roles in two highly acclaimed films submitted to the Toronto International Film Festival: “Chloe,” which stars Liam Neeson and Julianne Moore and “The Translator,” which was an official TIFF selection in 2009. She also had a starring role in Lifetime’s “A Neighbor’s Secret,” a recurring roles on “Degrassi: The Next Generation” and “The Dresden Files.”

Lisinska currently lives in Toronto with her sister.
