Connor Price’s big break came with his portrayal of Jay Braddock in the Ron Howard feature film “Cinderella Man” starring Russell Crowe as Jim Braddock and Renee Zellweger as his wife Mae. Most recently, he appeared in the CBS television pilot “Back” alongside Skeet Ulrich and completed filming of the Nickelodeon’s television pilot “Summer Camp” and the Discovery Kids anthology “The Haunting Hour.”
Stephen King fans will recognize Price for his role of J.J. Bannerman, in the last season of “Dead Zone” for USA Network opposite Anthony Michael Hall, for which he won a Young Artists Award for Best Performance in a TV Series by a young actor. Other recent credits include the feature film “The Wheeler Boys,” “Good Luck Chuck” as a young Dane Cook and the screen adaptation of “The Stone Angel” starring Ellen Burnstyn as well as the co-starring role of Stefan in “Roxy and the Horrific Halloween” for Nickelodeon.
Price also appeared in the feature films “Republic of Love,” “Fancy Dancing,’ starring Jason Priestley and Dave Thomas and “Men with Brooms,” an Alliance Atlantis/Serendipity production starring and directed by Paul Gross with Leslie Nielson and Molly Parker.
Other television highlights include the MOW’s “Booky’s Crush” (CBC), “Stuart McLean’s Xmas Pageant” (CBC), “Sins of the Father,” a Robert Dornhelm production starring Richard Jenkins and Tom Sizemore, and “Crossed Over,” a CBS/Alliance Atlantis production, playing opposite Diane Keaton as her son.
