Morgan Fairchild – Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Emmy and Golden Globe nominated actress Morgan Fairchild began her career as Fay Dunaway's double in Arthur Penn's 1967 iconic crime drama "Bonnie and Clyde." From there, she relocated to New York, landing a four season run, from 1973 to 1977, playing the beautiful and volatile Jennifer Pace on the renowned daytime soap "Search for Tomorrow."
Throughout the 1970s, Fairchild's finesse at portraying elegant and glamorous vixens led to stand out appearances on highly rated television series, including "Kojak," "Happy Days," "The Bob Newhart Show," "Police Woman," "Mork & Mindy," and "Dallas."
In 1980, Fairchild received a Golden Globe nomination for her role as the affluent and wicked Constance Carlyle on the NBC hit drama "Flamingo Road." Following this, she entered the 1980s making impressive appearances on popular television shows such as "The Love Boat," "Simon & Simon," "Magnum, P.I.," and "Hotel" and also starred in the 1982 feature film thriller "The Seduction," in which she played a beautiful TV news anchor being stalked by a psychopath. In 1985, now a full fledged Hollywood star, Fairchild joined the cast of the immensely popular CBS primetime soap "Falcon Crest." She spent one season on "Falcon Crest," leaving a lasting impression with her turn as the fascinating attorney Jordan Roberts.
A 1989 guest appearance on the CBS sitcom "Murphy Brown" earned Fairchild an Emmy Award nomination and launched her into the 1990s with a memorable role as comedic actor Sandra Bernhard's girlfriend Marla on the smash hit sitcom "Roseanne." Guest starring television roles continued through the 1990s with stints on "Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman," "Murder She Wrote," "Empty Nest," "General Hospital," "Cybil," "Touched by an Angel," and "Home Improvement." She also played Chandler Bing's mother, from 1995 to 2001, on the NBC megahit sitcom "Friends."
Throughout the 2000s, Morgan Fairchild added more TV screen credits to her voluminous resume with appearances on the Aaron Spelling hit "7th Heaven," "Roswell," "Providence," "Just Shoot Me," "That '70s Show," "Two and a Half Men," "Nip/Tuck," "My Name is Earl," "The Bold and the Beautiful," "Law & Order: SVU," "Chuck," and "Bones."
On the stage, Fairchild has been seen in theatrical productions of "The Graduate," "Singin' In The Rain," "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes," and "Crimes of the Heart," directed by Garry Marshall.
Morgan Fairchild is also a long standing SAG-AFTRA board member and social activist, volunteering her time and tireless energy to raise awareness for a variety of causes including HIV/AIDS, at risk youth, and environmental concerns.
She is currently filming "Sam," starring alongside veteran screen actor Stacy Keach in a comedy about a man who magically becomes a beautiful woman and falls in love with his best friend.
