Rebecca Rivera is a Brooklyn native who became serious about acting while attending LaGuardia High School of the Performing Arts (also known as the Fame school), where she received the Drama Desk Award for Performance her senior year. She earned her BFA in theater from the prestigious acting program at Carnegie Mellon University. She credits her “artistic spirit” to her mother (a choreographer) and father (a documentary filmmaker).
