Born to Greek parents in Athens, Simon Kassianides was raised and educated in London.
After appearances in many hit British television series that include “The Fixer,” “Ashes to Ashes” and “Spooks,” Kassianides made his feature film debut in “The Edge of Love” with Keira Knightly and Sienna Miller. He continued his career by starring as a Bond villain opposite Daniel Craig in “Quantum of Solace.” Soon after, he was awarded as the Greek Man of the Year for Film Arts and Sciences in 2009.
With rave reviews for West End performances in productions such as The Night of the Iguana opposite Woody Harrelson, Kassianides has made a name for himself as an actor’s actor. Kassianides took the lead role of Ali in the critically acclaimed dramatic feature “Between Two Fires.”
Kassianides lives in Los Angeles.
